GINZA FOOTBALL MARKET
This event lets visitors experience soccer's various fascinations with SHUKYU Magazine, a purveyor of the football culture that has taken root in everyday life, through fashion, art, and music.
In an environment where coming into contact with soccer itself, including watching a game in a stadium, is difficult because of the COVID-19 pandemic, GINZA FOOTBALL MARKET will host activities focused on football culture from the viewpoints of fashion, art, and music to reexamine ways to enjoy that culture and discover new attractions. Visitors can also customize their own uniforms and T-shirts with creator-made patches and transfer sheets (free of charge).
Online livestreams of a Park Live performance related to the program as well as a soccer class for parents and children held by sports journalist and personal coach Tetsuo Nakanishi are also planned during the event.
Duration:2021.4.16 - 5.16 *This event has finished on April 24

JERSEY CUSTOMIZATION: customize old uniforms with original patches
With the cooperation of Avery Dennison Japan, the company that handles shirt numbers for the J.League and Premier League, workshops will be held in which visitors customize their own uniforms and T-shirts using original patches and transfer sheets from SHUKYU Magazine. More than 30 types of limited patches made by creators especially for this event will be available. Visitors can customize items they have brought from home or purchased at the venue. Visitors will breathe new life into their uniforms through these original patches, their experience at GINZA FOOTBALL MARKET, and carving out fresh football memories. Tetsuo Nakanishi's virtual soccer class IN THE PARK
The "Nakanishi Method" theory of soccer techniques, created independently by sports journalist and personal coach Tetsuo Nakanishi, is gaining attention as a method used with good results by the top Japanese players, including Takefusa Kubo, currently a success in Spain; Takuhiro Nakai; Yuto Nagatomo; and Yuki Nagasato.
This is a precious opportunity for firsthand instruction in the Nakanishi Method from Tetsuo Nakanishi for parent-and-child soccer enthusiasts throughout Japan who think, "I want to become good at soccer," or "I want my child to become good at soccer." There will also be a segment in which Mr. Nakanishi answers individual questions from viewers, so be sure to watch and participate.
