Sony Park Mini becomes someone's closet
A new program, ParCloset.

The ParCloset is a collection of various things from various owners, and things that interest you can buy.

The first two owners are the editorial team of POPEYE, a fashion culture magazine, and the editorial team of HIGH(er) magazine, an independent magazine.
Half of the proceeds will be donated to activities and organizations that the owners support.

Selling is half for someone else.
Buying is half for someone else.
Tangible and intangible things, and money are all in flux.
Please enjoy this underground closet space in Ginza.

POPEYE was first published in 1976 as a "magazine for cityboys".
It is a fashion and culture magazine for enjoying the city and being fashionable.

HIGH(er) magazine

HIGH(er) magazine" focuses on "personal-level issues that are an extension of our youth's daily lives" and sets a theme for each issue based on the concept of "creating a place to think together with people of the same generation. Individuals will approach the theme from various angles, such as fashion, art, photography, film, and music. Issue no. 6 is currently in preparation.

  • Thu., Jun 1 - Sat., Jun 10, POPEYE editors' vintage clothes and accessories will be displayed in the closet, changing the assortment a little every day.
  • Half of the proceeds will be donated to the Souichi Ohya Library Foundation, a magazine library, as an organization endorsed by the POPEYE editorial department.
  • The number of items per person may be limited.

  • Sun., Jun 11 — Thu., Jun 20, HIGH(er) magazine editors' will hold a "ParCloset" exhibition.
  • 20 artists, creators, and models associated with HIGH(er) magazine will sell their personal items for a flat 10,000 yen.
  • The buyer is determined by a letter auction format in which bids are based on "Feelings," rather than monetary values.
  • Half of the proceeds will be donated to "ASSOCIATION BI-SONGO", which supports women in Burkina Faso, West Africa, to improve their income and raise awareness of disease prevention.

  • Sony Park Mini is a tiny space of around 30m². You are asked to note that a limit will be placed on the number of people allowed to enter the space at any one time.
  • Any changes to the program will be announced on Sony Park's official social media account.

[Measures to prevent infection]
Measures will be implemented to prevent the spread of infections at Sony Park Mini.
  • Alcohol disinfectant will be available.
  • Reinforce disinfection and ventilation.
  • Staff will check their temperatures before coming to work, and regularly gargle their mouths, as well as wash and disinfect their hands.
