An Underground Engei-Jo (Performance Venue) in Ginza?

Sony Park Mini will be transformed into Engei-Jo Mini for a limited time only. Hollywood-Zakoshisyoh, Nishikigoi and Yasuko will be the three comedy acts to appear at this tiny venue.

Engei-Jo Mini is a tiny venue, but it will be state-of-the-art.
The three comedy acts on this mysterious stage will consist of original performances.

Have fun watching their comic performances up close at Engei-Jo Mini.

Hollywood-Zakoshisyoh

He debuted in 1993 and began performing as a solo comedian in 2002. He won the R-1 Grand Prix in 2016. He has been chosen to be a judge for this contest for three consecutive years since 2021. He appeared in seasons 5, 7 and 10 of Hitoshi Matsumoto Presents Documental of Amazon Prime Video. He boasts the most number of appearances on the TBS Arabikidan program, for which he was nicknamed, Mr. Arabiki. He is currently a regular on the MBS Radio program, Appare Yattemaasu! and AuDee’s Gyakushu Zakoshi no Choge Choge Park, while also making appearances on numerous shows, including Suiyobi no Downtown of TBS and Zenryoku! Datsuryoku Times of CX. His signature act is the “exaggerated impersonation.”
Nishikigoi

After engaging in various activities of their own, they came together in 2012 to form a comedy duo. They gradually began increasing their media exposure from around 2020, and made it to the finals for the first time in the M-1 Grand Prix 2020, attracting attention for securing 4th place and being the oldest finalists in the history of the contest. They competed in the finals of the M-1 Grand Prix 2021 for the second consecutive year, earning themselves a victory to become the 17th champions.
Yasuko

She was born on September 2, 1998, and comes from Ube City of Yamaguchi Prefecture. She appeared on Guru Guru Ninety Nine Omoshiroso on New Year’s Day in 2021, after which she gained popularity and began appearing in various media with acts based on her background as a former Self-Defense Force personnel, and her catchphrase, “Haii!”
She holds a Large-Sized Special Vehicle License.
Her hobbies are drawing pictures and cartoons, and creating original music using computer music equipment.

  • 3D images of three comedians filmed in the VOLUMETRIC CAPTURE STUDIO*1 at Sony PCL's creative base, KIYOSUMI-SHIRAKAWA BASE, are shown on Sony's Spatial Reality Display*2, allowing viewers to enjoy the seasonal comedians' "ironic" stories from various angles, including side, back and even top angles, which are not usually seen.

  • You will be seated one at a time and experience each display individually. A maximum of four people can experience the displays at the same time.
  • The full-length experience lasts from approximately 4 minutes.
  • Entry may be restricted during busy times. Details will be announced on the official Sony Park Instagram.

  • Staff will check their temperatures before coming to work, and regularly gargle their mouths, as well as wash and disinfect their hands.
