Same-day tickets can be purchased at the venue using credit cards, transportation IC cards, iD, and QUICPay. Cash is not accepted.

Can I purchase advance or same-day tickets for a group?
A
We do not offer group ticket options, so we ask that you purchase individual tickets for each person in the group.
Up to 10 tickets can be purchased in a single transaction.

Can I purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else?
A
You can purchase a ticket on behalf of someone else. At the reception on the day of your visit, you will be asked to present your ticket QR code on your smartphone. If you have purchased multiple tickets on a single device, the purchaser can present the ticket QR codes for everybody in the group, and you will be able to enter the venue together. If you and your companions will be arriving separately, please forward the purchase confirmation email, sent to you upon completion of your order, to their smartphones. Your companions will then be able to access and display their ticket QR codes on their own smartphones using the "Redisplay ticket" link provided in the purchase confirmation email.

Do I need a smartphone to purchase a ticket?
A
Tickets can also be purchased on the computer. At the reception on the day of your visit, present a printed copy of your ticket QR code, along with a valid ID for verifying your identity.

I purchased an advance ticket but haven't received the purchase confirmation email. What should I do?
A
Your purchase is complete once the confirmation screen is displayed. If you have not received the purchase confirmation email, you can resend it by going to "See Purchased Tickets" in the menu of the sales page.
Please also check to make sure that the email has not been automatically sorted into the spam folder or other folder of your email.
If there is a chance that the email address you entered at the time of your purchase was incorrect, please send an inquiry via the Contact Form on the Etix ticket purchase website.
*Please contact us well in advance of the day of your visit, as it may take a few days for us to respond to inquiries made just prior to weekends/holidays, or depending on the content of the inquiry.
If you have a spam filter applied, change the settings to allow emails from the "@e-tix.jp" domain.
Emails sent from the Etix ticket purchase website are designed for webmail.
We recommend you register a webmail address for your purchase, as the email may not be received or displayed properly on a mobile phone/carrier email.

One person may enter for every advance ticket. Please purchase one more ticket for the same time slot, or
purchase a same-day ticket at the venue. *Same-day ticket sales will end once tickets are sold out.

A
You will need to present the ticket QR code on your purchase confirmation email to enter the venue. If you cannot find it, please send an inquiry via the Contact Form on the Etix ticket purchase website.

I'd like to bring one or more children. Do I need to purchase tickets for them as well?
A
Children under elementary school students or under can enter for free. However, you will still need to "purchase" free tickets (advance tickets/same-day tickets) for any children under this age that you will be bringing with you.
Each adult ticket allows entry for three children of elementary school age or under when accompanied by that adult.

I can't select the date that I want to purchase tickets for (or the date not displayed). Is the event closed on this day?
A
The Etix advance ticket purchase website only displays time slots for which there are still tickets available for purchase. If a date/time is not displayed, it is because the event is closed during that date/time or because tickets for that date/time are sold out. If there is a change or cancellation, these time slots may reappear, allowing you to make a purchase. If all dates/times become full, the system will stop accepting purchases.

Do I need a reservation to enter the venue?
A
You will need a ticket (paid) to enter the venue. There are two types of tickets: advance tickets for a designated date/time, and same-day tickets(*1).
The casual dining restaurant on B3, 1/2 (Nibun no Ichi), as well as other floors of Ginza Sony Park, can be freely accessed during park hours(*2) without a reservation. 1/2 (Nibun no Ichi) will be open until 9:00 P.M. (last order at 8:00 P.M.). *1 Advance ticket/same-day ticket sales will end once tickets are sold out. *2 Park hours: July 16 (Wed.) - July 28 (Mon.): 10:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. (Subject to change) July 29 (Tues.) - August 11 (Mon./Holiday): 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. (Subject to change)

You will be able to experience all floors of "SNOOPY THINKS AGAIN TODAY. - PEANUTS 75th Anniv. -"with a single ticket. There are also areas like the casual dining restaurant 1/2 (Nibun no Ichi) on B3, that do not require a ticket to enter.

The floor on which "SNOOPY THINKS AGAIN TODAY. - PEANUTS 75th Anniv. -" is held includes the casual dining restaurant 1/2 (Nibun no Ichi) on B3, which you can enter without a ticket.
In addition, you can also enter the atrium area from B1 to 1F/2F, the 5F rooftop, and experience the "SHIITAKE SPATIAL URANAI (Horoscope)" event, which will be held on various floors until August 5 (Tues.), without a ticket.

Will I be able to enter 30 minutes before the designated time on my ticket?

You will be able to enter at the start of the hour of the designated time slot on your ticket. You will not be able to enter prior to the start of this hour. There is no set exit time. You are welcome to enjoy the event until the venue closes.

Can I only stay for the hour of my time slot?

There is no time limit for your stay. You are welcome to enjoy the event until the venue closes. Please note that during peak hours, staff may politely ask visitors to limit their visit to about an hour.

While there is no audio commentary for the exhibits, if you speak to a member of our staff, they will be happy to provide verbal explanations as much as possible.

Visitors using wheelchairs will be able to experience the event. If you speak to a member of our staff, they will be happy to assist you with getting around the venue.

Is there a place I can park my stroller?
A
While you may enter with a stroller, we do not have a designated area for parking strollers. We ask that you please leave your stroller in an open space on one of the floors if necessary.

Can I take photos/videos inside of the venue? Can I post these on social media?

We allow the taking of photos/videos by individuals, and the posting of these on social media. However, we ask that you refrain from livestreaming at the exhibition.
When taking photos/videos, please refrain from using a tripod, and take care to avoid taking photos/videos of other customers, or getting in the way of other customers or the event.

Original Merch

Where can I buy the original merch?

The original merch will be sold in an exclusive shop adjacent to the B2 exhibition space in Ginza Sony Park.

In addition to Ginza Sony Park original merch, the shop will also offer fashion items such as T-shirts and caps curated by fashion director/stylist Akio Hasegawa—who participated in the exhibition as a guest curator—featuring select words that stood out to him from the works, as well as plates designed by Sakiko Hirano, with words she chose from the works. These are special items that are only available at this venue.
