From the "Garden of Ginza" to the "Park of Ginza"

The new Ginza Sony Park has made its appearance.

Carrying on the founder's vision of a facility that is open to the city,
the park will serve as a space that brings rhythm to the city and its people,
with its blank spaces and various activities.

We will continue to carry out our unique, distinctly Sony activities here in the Ginza district.

From the Sony Building to Ginza Sony Park.

In January 2025,
what was once the Sony Building will be reborn as the "Park of Ginza."

Journey for rebirth as the new Ginza Sony Park

The seasons change, and people move to and fro every day in Ginza.

As a corner of the Sukiyabashi Crossing is recreated into the new Ginza Sony Park, we have been recording the process in the form of videos and photographs showing construction operations that are only seen at particular moments.

Walking around Ginza to find new ways to enjoy the area

I want to do that in Ginza. My own favorites found in Ginza. How to get involved with Ginza.

People who know Ginza well and who have encountered its charms will guide you to new ways to enjoy the district.

A man and two women walking around the city enjoying themselves, chatting and visiting various spots in Ginza.
The various events held at the former Sony Building, in the outdoor space facing the Sukiyabashi Crossing, for the city and people of Ginza—from gifts of tulips to a large aquarium holding many fish.

A concept continuously inherited since 1966

Ginza Sony Park: a park in the heart of the metropolis that brings rhythm to the city and its people. The concept and general idea have been inherited from the 33 m² "Garden of Ginza" that was open to the public when the Sony Building was first established.
