Dedicated parking space for wheelchair users
Please use the parking spaces for those with impairments in Nishi-Ginza Parking.

*When parking underground at "Ginza 5-Chome" in B1F of Nishi-Ginza Parking, use the nearest slope to exit onto the underground concourse, then head in the direction of Ginza Maison Hermès/Ginza Mitsukoshi. Ginza Sony Park (B2F) will be to your right.

Written communication
Staff members and security guards on each floor have smartphone apps, memo pads, etc., that they can use to engage you in written communication.

Guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, and other trained service animals are welcome at the park.

There are Braille blocks and Braille studs installed at the entrance of each stairway and slope to bring them to your attention.

Baby Room
B2F has a nursing room and a baby room equipped with diaper changing station (55 W x 80 D x 92 cm H) / changing station (55 W x 80 D x 90 cm H), diaper collection box, hot water dispenser for baby formula, hand-washing station, and call button.
Diaper changing stations
Located in the B2F Baby Room (Bed size: 55 W x 80 D x 92cm H) and B3F Barrier-Free Bathroom (35 W x 70cm D).

Stairs
There are handrails (85cm high) installed on the stairs to prevent falls and assist with walking and movement. There are also non-slip surfaces installed at the edge of the steps to prevent slipping and bring attention to the steps.

First-aid room
