Q. What are the duration and opening hours? Duration: November 11 (Fri.) - 23 (Wed./holiday), 2022

Q. Where are the venues? [Venue 1] The Kyoto Shimbun Bldg. B1F (The Kyoto Shimbun Former Printing Plant)
[Venue 2] North Hall, ROHM Theatre Kyoto
To be held at two venues.
Q. What are the admission fees? Entry is free.
Q. Are you going to sell goods related to the event? There are no planned sales.
Q. Are there restrictions on the number of people entering the venues? Restrictions may be placed on the number of people entering the venue during times of congestion. Bookings may be made for entry into Venue 1, so we recommend visitors to use this service.

Q. Can I take pictures inside the venue? With the exception of some videos, photography is allowed, but please refrain from using flash. Please be careful not to disturb other visitors.
Q. Can I leave my luggage at the reception? No, we do not keep luggage at the reception.

Q. Is there a time limit? No, but visitors are asked to stay no more than about 2 hours.
Q. How do you enter the venue? Choose your method of entry from the two ways described below to suit your schedule.
  • Free entry
    Enter any time during opening hours.
    Restrictions have been placed on the number of people entering the venue at any one time.
    Visitors may be asked to wait a while before entering during times of temporary restrictions on entry.
  • Book in advance
    Visitors may book their time of entry in advance.
    They will be allowed to enter at the designated time even during times of restricted entry.
    *Visitors are free to enter even if they arrive before or after their time of reservation if no restrictions have been placed on entry.

  • About 10 minutes on foot from Exit No. 1 of Higashiyama Station on the Tozai Line of Kyoto Municipal Subway
  • Right in front of Okazaki Koen Rohm Theatre Kyoto Miyako Messe-mae Bus Stop on City Bus Routes 32 and 46
  • Around 5 minutes on foot from Okazaki Koen Bijutsukan Heian Jingu-mae Bus Stop on City Bus Routes 5 and 86

Q. What time of what day will the performance be held? It is planned for Thu., Nov. 10. Venue opens at 6:00 P.M. Performance begins at 7:00 P.M. and finishes at 8:40 P.M.
Q. When will the tickets be drawn? Members of the fan club: Fri., October 7, 9:00 A.M - Sun., October 9, 11:59 P.M.
General: Fri., October 14, 9:00 A.M - Sun., October 16, 11:59 P.M.
Q. Where will the tickets be sold? Tickets are not for sale. Winning tickets will be drawn by lottery.
Q. Will tickets be sold on the day? No. Winning tickets will be drawn by lottery in advance.
Q. How much are the tickets? They are free.
Q. How many tickets can a single person apply for? Up to two tickets per person.
Q. Can seats be designated at the time of application? There will only be reserved seats, but they cannot be designated.
Q. Is it alright to bring children? Not without prior application. Pre-school children may not apply. Children of elementary school age or higher must enter the draw in advance, and only apply for one ticket per child.

Q. Will tickets be sold on the day? No. Winning tickets will be drawn by lottery in advance.
Q. Can seats be designated in advance? No. You may sit anywhere within the area designated for people with winning tickets.
Q. Is it an indoor venue? It is an outdoor venue. You are asked to wear warm clothes.

Miscellaneous

Q. What measures are in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19? To ensure the safety of visitors and staff, measures will be implemented within the park to prevent the spread of infections.
All visitors are asked for their cooperation and understanding.
  • People are asked to cooperate in taking temperature readings during entry. Those with temperatures above 37.5 ℃ may be refused entry.
  • People are asked to wear masks at the venue.
  • People are asked to refrain from coming to the venue if they have a fever or do not feel well.
  • People are asked to cooperate in disinfecting their hands before entering or enjoying hands-on content.
  • People are asked to cooperate in maintaining social distancing.
  • Disinfectant alcohol has been made available for visitors.
  • Handrails, doorknobs and other places frequently touched by people will be disinfected and ventilated regularly.
  • Staff will wear masks, take temperature readings before coming to work, gargle and wash/disinfect their hands regularly.
